Lawn and Garden Update

The UPS man walked right across our new lawn a couple of days ago.  At first I was horrified.  lol  But then I thought “well, I guess that means it’s looking good!”  It’s grown in enough that it can be hard to tell where the old lawn (the part we did last year) ends and the new begins.   Ready to see some before and after pictures? 🙂

This was taken before we started anything (except for raking up the stones in the walkway):

After we put in the walkway and planted the grass it looked like this:

And now it looks like THIS:

And remember the new garden area we had started at the same time as we were putting in the new lawn?

Speaking of broccoli…

Those are transplanted raspberry bushes in the area behind the garden beds.  And see the trees beyond where the mulch is in this picture?  Those are our fruit trees.

And remember how we were trying to grow potatoes in buckets this year?  Well, they are looking good!
